The Park, a giant, 3-level F&B precinct, launching in 2021 will leave its mark on the senses and psyche. Its powerful, quality focused menus and creative architecture, is set to launch a thousand Instagrams. The Park will be home to the three of the most exciting & unique concepts to grace the Dubai dining scene to date. Each concept will have a Chef driven menu that will feature high quality produce, cooked with simplicity, passion and obsessive precision.
Ingredient sourcing will play a key role in The Park menus, with the Chefs discovering many local ingredients with sustainability in mind.
With an individual concept on each floor, The Park will never be pretentious or

Built over three levels, The Park will be a vibrant community hub for all occasions from first dates, celebrations, mid-week dinner or weekend lunch in the sun, The Park will be the crown with many jewels.
Customers will begin their journey of exploration from the ground floor, starting with a garden style café & gourmet food store to a licensed restaurant and then up to the rooftop bar with each floor having its own personality and menu.
In true Bull&Roo style, the ground floor will house an Australian inspired market café, perfect for the whole family. The Café will become part of your daily routine with a wholesome, produced-driven menu complete with specialty coffee bar, bakery, gourmet food store. The outside space will house an open-air garden, kids play-ground and market stalls equipped with all of your daily supplies for your weekend picnic or entertaining at home, cementing The Park Café as the ultimate urban sanctuary.
The first floor welcomes you into a bustling licensed restaurant & bar with style and effortless cool that makes its own rules. The menu will be comprised of prized seafood, meats and vegetables cooked with spice, citrus and aromatic notes enough to spark the fire of your inner food beast. The restaurant will give you an exhilarating judder when you enter, automatically feeling the heat of the open fire, the motivating tunes and the sounds and smells of fast pace, high intensity, no rules cooking.
Via The Park’s very own in-house elevator, make your way from the first floor restaurant to the Rooftop Bar, where you can find an open to sky the restaurant and bar serving a cuisine specific menu that features a massive wood fired oven. The rooftop is the place where you share a few laughs with friends and take in the sunset views that will capture the attention of the even the most seasoned content creator.
With a DJ picking up the mood as the sun goes down, the rooftop bar will become the spiritual home of the sunset Aperitivo. The rooftop will have a no fuss attitude, the food and drinks will be on- point, delivering the very best of Bull&Roo’s creative talent.
